Rounds is a simple patient list manager. It should support beaming records but I did not test this extensively.
It was tested only on my T|X but should work on any PalmOS 4.0 or higher - at least that was the plan:).
It encrypts the records using the Tiny Encryption Algoritm; the name is unencrypted but the labs and notes are, I think that should be OK. I am not sure if this is HIPAA compliant or not and you are urged to safeguard your patients data and confidentiality.
