How it works?
1: Setup your USB/WEB camerea on your PC. You will need a WebCam server package.
2: Start your own WebCam server on your PC.
The server will manage to capture the video frame and delivery the image to the client.
3: Now you can monitor your own WebCam video either on your GPhone or another remote PC via Internet Browser.
4: If you use Android emulator behind firewall, you need to set the proxy. And also start emulator use the -http-proxy option.
For example,
emulator -http-proxy proxy_host:proxy_port
or following the instruction on http://www.drhu.org on how to connect Android Emulator behind proxy.
A great business opportunity is to provide public traffic station using the WebCam server so that clients can monitor the general traffic video from their GPhone.
