Choose the exercise type and duration and the software automatically calculates the calories you burn by exercise. Calculates your basal metabolic rate (BMR) using the Harris-Benedict formula. Supports English and metric measurement units. Daily calorie balance and equivalent weight lost are calculated automatically.
